Div 3 Result: Seaview 4 -2 Kilmacow

Our frist game of the new season saw us travel to Annestown to play Seaview
We traveled out with a big squad (16 in total). So the manager had nearly a full squad to pick from.

We started the game very slow and let Seaview run the match for the first 15mins.

Seaview scored a simply goal which seem to kick some life into the Kilmacow team. We pushed Seaview on the backfoot and with all the pressure won a corner which Eamonn Halligan sent in to the packed box to be met by the high rising Brian Cashin to power home with his head.

Still on a high after scoring the goal Kilmacow kept up the pressure on Seaview,

A well timed pass from Dermot Rockett to Thomas Geraghty split the Seaview defence to set Thomas up for Kilmacow’s second goal.

Just before half time Seaview where given a penatly which Jamie Ryan saved well to keep the score 2.1 to Kilmacow.

After the break Seaview came at Kilmacow to which Kilmacow had no reply. 3 simply goals by seaview killed of the game.

Final score 4.2 to Seaview.
